Below is a video of a particular competition that is mentioned in Derek’s book, Taking the Lead: Lessons from a Life in Motion (August 2014). In Derek’s telling, one of his former partners, Rachel, dumped him unexpectedly. Derek took on a new partner Aneta. He and Aneta went on to beat Rachel in several subsequent competitions. This is one of those competitions. Watch ’til the end. :-)
