WoW!!I am in aww of Derek! He danced/looked and acted so great in that 10 minute clip. He’s mesmerizing on the big screen. I knew he’d be good but damn.. I had to turn away because I wanted to feel that amazement in the theater. I was touched! The chemistry he has with BoA, you can feel it through the screen=HOT!! I can’t wait for this movie to come out. Derek, I’m so proud of you babe!!Can’t wait for the world to see the talents that live within you!

I like the comments made that this isn’t just another dance movie but a story about bringing east and west cultures together without getting into the “race” thing. Very important for today’s society.

Attention Derek: What CAN’T you do? My Lord. I sure do hope that this movie is released soon!! Such a talented man working with a talented cast and crew. That clip was only ten minutes long and I was already emotionally invested in the storyline & in awe of Derek’s overall performance. Words…words…somebody find me my words! It appears that they’ve left me due to my being astonished by Derek…again! Another question that anyone may feel free to answer: How is it possible that everyday Derek seems to be more talented, creative, good looking & overall amazing? ( & I’ve been a fan for quite some time; this continuation seems to be a normal trend! ) Whatever you’re doing Derek, keep doing it! Btw, my favorite style of dance is tap, so to see Derek doing it?! I’m dumbfounded, inspired, amazed…yeah, that words thing…still recovering and searching for them lol!
Yeah I pretty much flipped my lid when I read the “plays a tap dancer” description under the other COBU youtube video a while ago.

Oh WOW..I KNEW D’s dancing would be amazing…BUT, at least in these clips, just blew me away. He is a natural on camera with both the visuals and speaking parts of the role. So believable and convincing as he interacts with BOA, Draws you into the story right away. Such a handsome, sexy leading man. Sure hope this is released soon !!
I am more convinced than ever, that he HAD to have gotten DD, if they were considering him in the first place. I can just “see” him all over that one especially after seeing this. Congrats, D ! GREAT work !
Oh, wow, so much more than I imagined, and I imagined A LOT. Derek just leaves me wanting more. I live in a small town & will be watching the release dates closely ‘cos there will be a trip in my future…can’t wait.
Can’t wait for the world to see Derek’s talent. I so wished he would have had contemporary this week but he will choreograph a great Mambo with Shawn. Would be great if they put these styles up and let them choose their style for the week. Can’t wait for the movie.
Awesome, love naptabs, so the choreo will be great, really like the sneak peak. Derek is mean tapper, good lord, I remember reading that he, Mark and Julienne studied all types of dances in London, and it is so true for sure.
This just make me mad again that Derek’s talent is gonna be waste in a Mambo this week, I was hoping for contemporary ,but after this video, hip hop would be sick too.
