Congratulations Jennifer! I’m totally thrilled that Jennifer is in the finals! If there is any justice left in the world then Jennifer and Derek are gonna take home that trophy! Team Baby Derek fans, unite! Vote vote vote!
Congratulations to Jennifer & Derek on making it to the Finals! Can I just say, I am so happy that they made it. They have been AMAZING. Writing this now, I almost feel a tear coming. Jen has been such an inspiration, through all of he trials/endeavors she continues to press on and “WELL”. I love how Derek told her, on the behind the scenes segment after their Waltz, that she continues to surprise him. These two are just “Joy” together~ Their Waltz was mesmirizing an Derek pitched the mood, the style and the choreography perfectly. Jennifer has gotten her second wind and it is so on! I’m so incredibly proud of Team Jenougher as this has been such an unpredictable season!!
Jen & Derek, I wish you guys the best & know that you have been AMAZING all season long. I can’t wait to see you guys perform next week. It would be so cool to see you two hoisting up that MBT!!! Stay positive, have fun and know that you FANS love and adore you two. Derek you have done an amazing job in helping Jennifer to rekindle her joy and love for dance, such a beautiful thing!-She will always appreciate and love you for it-Kudos Baby!!-Muah
Oh yah, I forget to give Cheryl and Derek’s Design a Dance routine some love! I LOVED IT! I wish it were longer though. I wanted to see some more pro dancing from Derek. I am so happy that we (along with the Cheryl fans) were able to do this for them because they are so loved. You rock guys!!!
Karol, Like I said…it’s my opinion…you don’t have to agree with me. But I know for a fact that many, many fans on this website have 85-150 or more email address and vote for D & J. It’s encouraged on this site too, anyone can do it..so what?! I have all my friends, family co-workers etc. voting, even people who don’t watch the show. So why is it wrong for Bristol or Marks fans do the same? Bristol is kind, likable & humble. People relate to her. Not someone who is haughty. Why are we making this dance show political? Sorry, but not buying the “tea party” BS. It’s a dance show!!!! There are many haters out their scalding Bristol & Mark, go read Marks tweets…and Mark is a democrat!!!! Go read Mark’s facebook fan entries…they like them and they are voting for them. Sorry, I just don’t think Brandy was all that good…it was all about her and I think others saw the same thing. Too bad Bristol & Mark has to pay for it. Like I said IMO…
Derek and Jennifer are awesome! They look fabulous together and are the best dancer by far. There is no doubt that they deserve the MBT and have since the beginning of the show. Go team Jenhougher!!!!
We all know the real deal here. The only one who deserves to win that MBT is Jennifer and Derek. I mean, to put either Bristol or Kyle’s names in the same breath as Kristi, Drew, Nicole, Apolo, Brooke, etc is outrageous. I mean, even the second place stars were people like Gilles, Mel B, Mya, Joay Fatone. Fine, those two get to the finals, but the winner should be Jennifer to uphold the standard of the MBT. So that means we got to VOTE all night if we have to! LOL!
Ok guys here goes…IMO only…
I think we were all surprised about the outcome of the semi-finals. However, looking back there are a couple of things that stand out in my mind. First, Brandy always seems so desperate to win. She dist Max teaching ways at first, even saying that he’s never won (bad form) then accepted it. She seems to try too hard, everything was always me, me, me. There was something about her arms that was hard for me to like. In the tango that she got 10′s but her foot work seemed awkward, toes not pointed. It was like she went through the steps, but grace was not her forte. There was just something about her execution of the dances that I didn’t like.
Then there’s Bristol. She has had NO entertainment training. She lives in BFE, back country and her idea of fun is riding a snow machine. I give her credit for going out and trying something she’s never done. However, Mark worked his butt off with her. As far as a dancer, well, she’s not, yet, but probably could be good with a lot more work. But, she has improved. Her foot work is good when she doesn’t mess up. That’s the key. She is graceful but needs more connection with Mark. No, she’s not better than Brandy, but I think fans see her as an underdog, kinda like Kelly Osborne and vote for her. I think Mark has a huge fan base also and they again vote for them. Bristol herself has said she’s not a dancer, and Mark has to work with her OVERTIME. She never thought she’d get this far by no means.
So, Brandy having the “desperate” attitude and Brisol having the “I’m doing my best” attitude, I think that the fans have connected more with Bristol. And don’t give me that “right wing”"tea party” “Sarah Palin” garbage…come on now! That’s desperation for an explanation. Again, just my opinion guys.
As far as Jen & Derek…THEY ROCK! They have it all, class, grace and sexiness. Yes, and we still need to vote for them. Remember that Kyle is an entertainer…kinda like Donny Osmond, and Donny won (even though he made a lot of mistakes). So we can’t think D & J are a shoe in. We again must vote,vote & vote!
Sue, there ARE conservative websites that are encouraging people to vote for Bristol…I was reading one such site about an hr. ago. On Twitter, a lady wrote that she voted for Bristol more that 80 times and her friends multiple times as well. The Washington Post reports that these same large group of people have found they can register to vote with many email addresses which they are doing…again, I read on Facebook, Twitter people bragging about this. I’m aware there are those who are doing the same thing for Derek to win, but not in the numbers of people the Rep. party could garner, esp. Tea Party. There needs to be some method in place to prevent gouging the votes. So you see, it’s not made up. I’m ashamed to see that my fellow Republicans are participating in politicizing DWTS. For Derek/Jen to win, it will be an uphill battle I’m afraid..if the numbers voting for Bristol are legitimate. Now, there are also those (based on what I’ve been reading on numerous websites) who are voting for Bristol for other rediculous reasons…she’s a regular person like me..huh? One poster even wrote that he votes for Bristol because she’s not a star…dwtS? Then there are many who are really angry at what’s happening. Let’s hope the Brandy fans will vote for D/J.
Let’s keep the discussion about Derek and Jennifer, please. Everyone votes lots. We need to vote MORE. Period.
LOVE, LOVE the design a dance. Cheryl and Derek did a wonderful job. All our hard voting paid off, let’s hope we can get another win for Derek. He and Jennifer have danced circles around the rest of the “stars”. It will be awful if this season is won by a non dancer!!! Here is hoping Jen and Derek have some great dances!! We know Kyle will do a good job and Palin can not dance!!!VOTE!
First of all I’m more than relieved that Jennifer and Derek are in the finals. They absolutely deserve to be there. I was really surprised last night. I guess I shouldn’t have been but it did not turn out the way I felt it should have. Brandy deserved to be in the finals more than Bristol does. I have nothing against her and wish her well in her life but this is really sad to see what has happened with the voting. Derek and Jennifer fans we can not let our guard down now. We can see what is going on and if there is any justice left in this world Derek and Jennifer will walk away with that trophy.
