VOTE!! Derek’s List of Team Names!
Derek tweeted that he had a few favorite team names and hasn’t picked one yet. Want to help him out?? Well then, VOTE. If you don’t like any of these names, you’re free to suggest a different one in the comments – one never knows what Derek might read. 
I also take from Derek’s tweet that DWTS is making all the team tee shirts – ripping off our idea, and trying to spoil our fun. But, we’ll have our design contest anyway. I’ll be posting the rules on Saturday – if Derek hasn’t settled on a favorite by then, we’ll go with the top vote getter. Who’s in?? 
I actually suggested Team “HEY” but I think I was very late in tweeting Derek. I don’t have an account until a day ago!
I LOVE Jenerek but we cant use it cause thats what he had with Jennie Garth!!

GROUGH–meh, too mean sounding, like gruff. (for the record I did love it though when Derek said “I’m rough, I’m tough, I’m Derek Hough” and then beamed a smile that could melt the polar ice caps) For a name it just doesn’t work too well.
JENEREK–too ‘generic’ sounding, literally (wait can I say that?-literally or audibly) Plus for reasons already listed, it’s already been used, no repeats please.
JENHOUGHER–way too feminin sounding. Derek is all male! (with a feminin side I’m sure, but let’s not go crazy here)
JENOUGH–this might just be the perfect one!
Some people seem to never have enough and some people always seem to have enough. With Derek and Jennifer, we have JENOUGH! I tweeted this suggestion to Derek on Sept 2nd. Fingers crossed, peace 
All the names sound good. Can’t wait for the season to begin and see them dance.
Grough really stood out in my head, I don’t know why. I find it adorable. I asked my brother to help me and he suggested DeGrey. I like that too.
