VOTE!! Derek’s List of Team Names!
Derek tweeted that he had a few favorite team names and hasn’t picked one yet. Want to help him out?? Well then, VOTE. If you don’t like any of these names, you’re free to suggest a different one in the comments – one never knows what Derek might read. 
I also take from Derek’s tweet that DWTS is making all the team tee shirts – ripping off our idea, and trying to spoil our fun. But, we’ll have our design contest anyway. I’ll be posting the rules on Saturday – if Derek hasn’t settled on a favorite by then, we’ll go with the top vote getter. Who’s in?? 
All the names are great. I love “JenHougher.” It’s so clever but it would be great if the “H” is capitalized so the “Hough” stands out. As he always does, of course!

Now ladies…no need to take ownership…I thought of Grough too and tweeted Derek beforing hearing of anyone saying it…”great minds think alike” and we’ll never know who said it first or who’s tweet he saw first so who cares…as long as he likes it…if he picks it, we can all be happy
It seems that MANY fans are happy with it and tweeted they like it most to him….so in the end if it unites the fans and we all VOTE that is what is most important

Okay, cut it out right now, all of you. We are all fans and there is no need to fight over who said what first. I got several emails with that team name and I know DancingforDerek is one of several who suggested it early on. You’re not going to get a prize from Derek for thinking of it first and you’re certainly not going to get a prize from me. Well done to EVERYONE who had a suggestion. Do any of you actually think Derek will care or remember who thought of it first? No, it’s unlikely – and this sort of argument only causes people to feel left out or slighted. We all have the same goal and love the same guy. This is about Derek and Jennifer – not about you.

It’s not…Heidi and I were already talking about a similar slogan…def got to go with Derek’s “Rough Tough Derek Hough” saying and something with the Rough Tough Team Grough gotta be it if he chooses Grough
