Very happy to see that, wow, is that 12 million views. That was a hot dance! Can’t wait to watch it again this evening! He is an amazing choreographer, powerful performer. Such a positive, uplifting, comical person. Adore him! Hope he is feeling better for next week’s performances!
I know he seems to regret it, but Derek was brilliant for deciding to take his shirt off at the last minute. If he had not, this dance would be lost in the mix and everyone would be talking about Mya and MJH this week. But without the shirt, Team DJ is the story of the week! Look at the views on that video, over a million! I know I’m biased but many pros and stars have shown off their upper halves over the years, and no one has gotten the attention Derek has. Maybe because it was so unexpected from him and because he is already popular so the media is naturally interested, but he can regret it if he wants but I say again, Brilliant!!
